CloserHire is recruiting an Operations Customer Expert for an on-site role in Porto to support the French market in toll collection and revenue activities. You will assist customers by phone and email, primarily in French, with English support as needed.

The role emphasizes handling sensitive data, staying compliant, and achieving operational targets. Relocation support is offered; a Portuguese contract with social security applies, and a fully paid training program precedes start.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) with good command of English.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a transport, logistics, or service industry.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Capable of handling sensitive customer information with professionalism.
• Comfortable using digital tools and internal platforms.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with varying tasks.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main point of contact for trucks over 3.5 tons, supporting drivers and logistics companies
• Provide assistance via phone and email in both French and English, clarifying questions and ensuring accurate toll and revenue collection
• Handle debt-related communication and provide service sales when applicable
• Clarify customer inquiries regarding road usage and regulations
• Contribute to the achievement of the company’s operational and revenue goals
• Manage customer information, ensuring it is updated in internal systems
