CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit a French-speaking Road Services Customer Care Specialist for Porto, Portugal. You will support toll collection, asset management, and service inquiries for trucks over 3.5 tons, acting as the main contact for drivers and logistics companies.

You will handle inquiries in French and English, ensure accurate revenue collection, and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent French required (spoken and written).
• Strong command of English.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in transport/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for trucks over 3.5 tons, supporting drivers and logistics companies.
• Provide assistance via phone and email in French and English, clarifying questions and ensuring accurate toll and revenue collection.
• Handle debt-related communications and provide service information as needed.
• Update and maintain customer information in internal systems.
