CloserHire is recruiting an Operations Customer Expert in Porto to support the French market for a road infrastructure services provider. You will handle toll and revenue inquiries, assist drivers via phone and email in French and English, and act as the main liaison with customers and transport partners.

The role involves ensuring accurate billing, debt-related communications, and potential service sales while maintaining up-to-date customer records in internal systems.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) with good command of English.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in transport, logistics, or service industries.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for trucks over 3.5 tons and support drivers and logistics companies.
• Provide assistance via phone and email in both French and English, clarifying questions.
• Ensure accurate toll and revenue collection and handle debt-related communications.
• Promote service sales when applicable and explain road usage regulations to customers.
• Manage and update customer information in internal systems to keep records current.
• Contribute to achievement of operational and revenue goals for the company.
