Ersilia hires an Operations Customer Expert to support the French market from Porto. You will assist trucks and logistics providers, handling toll and revenue processes, plus debt communications, in French and English.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) with good command of English.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in transport/logistics or service industry.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Capable of handling sensitive customer information with professionalism.
• Comfortable using digital tools and internal platforms.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with varying tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for trucks over 3.5 tons, supporting drivers and logistics companies.
• Provide assistance via phone and email in both French and English, clarifying questions and ensuring accurate toll and revenue collection.
• Handle debt-related communication and provide service sales when applicable.
• Clarify customer inquiries regarding road usage and regulations.
• Contribute to the achievement of the company’s operational and revenue goals.
• Manage customer information, ensuring it is updated in internal systems.
