CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit an Operations Customer Expert for an exciting opportunity based in Porto. The role supports the French market, assisting trucks over 3.5 tons with toll and revenue collection, and handling debt-related communications.

You will communicate in French and English, manage customer data in internal systems, and drive service sales where applicable.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) with good command of English.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in transport, logistics, or service industry.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Capable of handling sensitive customer information with professionalism.
• Comfortable using digital tools and internal platforms.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with varying tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for trucks over 3.5 tons, supporting drivers and logistics companies.
• Provide assistance via phone and email in both French and English, clarifying questions and ensuring accurate toll and revenue collection.
• Handle debt-related communication and provide service sales when applicable.
• Clarify customer inquiries regarding road usage and regulations.
• Contribute to the achievement of the company’s operational and revenue goals.
• Manage customer information, ensuring it is updated in internal systems.
