David Kennedy Recruitment partners with a multinational BPO to hire a French-speaking Recruiter for Lisbon. This full-time role offers hybrid work with on-site training for the first 3 months and ongoing collaboration with hiring managers.

You will attract candidates, conduct interviews, and manage reporting. Fluency in French and English (B2/C1) is required, with at least 1 year in mass recruitment, strong organization, and experience with ATS. Relocation support and benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native level of French
• English fluency (B2/C1)
• 1 year of experience in mass recruitment
• Strong organization, communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with recruitment process methods (profiles, assessments, interviews, follow-up)
• Experience with sourcing techniques and resume databases
• Knowledge of referral programs
• Positive and proactive attitude with community-building approach

Responsabilidades

• Attract candidates using databases, social media and events
• Conduct interviews to assess knowledge, skills and aptitudes
• Coordinate with departments and managers to validate information
• Prepare onboarding for new employees and integration
• Build relationships with candidates during the selection process
• Create, update and maintain analytical reports and databases
