David Kennedy Recruitment has partnered with a multinational BPO to recruit a German-speaking Recruiter for Lisbon or Porto. The role is a full-time six-month contract with potential extension, offering base salary and bonus.

You will focus on sourcing, interviewing, and aligning with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. You will attract candidates, interview applicants, coordinate with departments, onboard new hires, and maintain recruitment analytics.

Competenze

• Native or fluent in German (C1) with strong English (B2).
• At least 1 year experience in mass recruitment.
• Experience with ATS and resume databases.
• Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Attract candidates using databases, social media and job fairs.

David Kennedy Recruitment has partnered with a multinational BPO company that specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned brands. Together, we're looking for a motivated German-speakingRecruiter to look for top talent to support their teams.

Position: Recruiter

Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract with possible extension)

Remuneration: Base salary & bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs, among others
• Conduct interviews to assess the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Establish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate the information
• Prepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the company
• Build a good relationship with candidates during the selection process by becoming a trusted recruiter
• Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• English fluency (B2 level)
• At minimum 1 year experience in mass recruitment.
• Proven work experience in the field
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Good understanding of referral programs
• A positive and ‘can do attitude overlooking a community-building approach
