Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a French Recruiter to identify native French-speaking candidates, conduct initial screening, and guide applicants through the hiring process.

The role is a 6-month contract, full-time (40 hours/week), with a base monthly salary between €1,250 and €1,450, plus a daily meal allowance and relocation assistance for candidates moving abroad. Health coverage starts Day 1.

Qualifications

• Native or C1 level French with fluent English.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
• Background in recruitment, HR, agency staffing, or candidate selection.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Join an energetic talent acquisition team as a French Recruiter. You will play a pivotal role in identifying top-tier French-speaking candidates, conducting initial screening interviews, and guiding applicants through the hiring workflow.

Position Details & Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Review applications, analyze CVs, and conduct preliminary phone/video interviews for French-speaking roles.
  
• Candidate Guidance: Provide prospective candidates with detailed role expectations, contract terms, and relocation assistance info.
  
• Contract Type: 6-month contract with a 30-day initial trial period.
  
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,250 – €1,450 gross/month (depending on relevant background and experience).
  
• Daily Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (approx. €154/month).
