Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Italian-speaking Recruiter to join our hybrid team. You will attract candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding for new hires, collaborating with multiple departments.

The role offers a full-time schedule, relocation support, airfare and accommodation assistance, meal vouchers, a monthly performance bonus, health insurance with dental, and ongoing training in a quick-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native level of Italian is required.
• English fluency (B2/C1) is required.
• 1 year of experience in mass recruitment.
• Strong organization, communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and ATS usage.

Responsibilities

• Attract candidates via databases, social media and job fairs.
• Conduct interviews to assess knowledge, skills, and aptitudes.
• Coordinate with departments and managers to validate information.
• Prepare and onboard new employees to integrate into the company.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and build trust as a recruiter.
• Create, update and maintain analytical reports and databases.

Position: RecruiterItalian Speaker
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: Hybrid (first 3 months On-site for training/nesting)
Employment type: Full-time
Salary: Up to 1450 Euros monthly gross + other benefits

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs, among others
• Conduct interviews to assess the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Establish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate the information
• Prepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the company
• Build a good relationship with candidates during the selection process by becoming a trusted recruiter
• Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or near-native level of Italian
• English fluency (B2/C1 level)
• 1 year of experience in mass recruitment
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Good understanding of referral programs
• A positive and 'can do' attitude overlooking a community-building approach
