Job summary

Batgroup, a Swiss scale-up with an in-house Customer Experience hub in Lisbon, is seeking an Operations Team Lead (French-speaking) to stabilize and grow our German-speaking operations in Lisbon.

You will be on the floor at our Sete Rios hub, mentoring a multilingual team, managing attendance and daily dispatch, and partnering with Swiss management to uphold Swiss-quality service while scaling processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Team Lead or Supervisor role in CS/Operations.
• Multilingual leadership with French and English proficiency.
• Strong attendance and performance management experience.
• Hands-on, on-floor leader with change-management mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a multilingual agent team on-site in Lisbon.
• Monitor ticket flows and scheduling to ensure Swiss-quality service.
• Escalate complex cases and coordinate with remote management and HR/IT.
• Maintain SOPs and knowledge base to stay lean and scalable.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to interview and onboard German-speaking agents.
