Job summary

CloserHire is recruiting a Flemish & French‑speaking Team Leader for a BPO operation in Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves coaching and developing a multilingual team, driving performance, and achieving KPIs in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Ideal candidates are fully bilingual in Flemish and French with English at least at B2 level, and have prior Team Leader or senior experience. This is a full‑time on-site position with a stable employment setup.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Flemish and French

• Experience as Team Leader or in a supervisory role

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of Customer Service Representatives
• Monitor performance against KPIs, quality standards and service targets
• Provide regular coaching, feedback and performance reviews
• Support agents with escalated or complex customer cases
• Identify performance gaps and create improvement plans
• Manage daily operations, attendance, scheduling and workload distribution
• Communicate updates and objectives to the team
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Training and other departments to improve results
• Foster a positive, high-performance team culture
