Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal, seeks a French-speaking customer service specialist for an on-site role. You will handle calls, support back-office requests, and demonstrate sales aptitude across projects, while addressing objections and concerns.

The schedule is Monday–Saturday, 7:00–19:00, 40 hours weekly, with a monthly gross salary from 953 to 1120 EUR, paid in 14 instalments. Benefits include health insurance, meal allowance, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French (spoken and written) at C1/C2 level.
• Good IT knowledge, with ability to use computer applications efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
• Willingness to make practical suggestions to improve processes.
• Must reside in or around Porto, Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls from clients and respond to their requests.
• Respond to client requests in the back office.
• Demonstrate sales aptitude, depending on the projects.
• Effectively handle objections and complaints.
• Utilize various computer applications efficiently.
