Cross Border Talents is hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor for an established telecommunications project in Porto. The role is on-site in Porto with rotating 8-hour shifts between 07:00 and 19:00.

You will support French-speaking customers with a professional, personalized approach, listen actively, and work with the team to deliver a consistent experience and uphold the company image. Salary is €1,020 gross per month plus bonuses.
