Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal is seeking a customer relations specialist to make and receive calls from clients, respond to requests, and demonstrate sales aptitude across various projects.

This on-site role offers a 40-hour week, Monday to Saturday 7:00-19:00, with a gross monthly salary of 953–1120 EUR, paid in 14 instalments, plus benefits and training. French proficiency is essential; IT knowledge and strong interpersonal skills are valued.

Qualifications

Fluent in French (C1/C2) written and spoken.
Good theoretical and practical knowledge of IT.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Proactive approach and ability to make suggestions.
Must reside in or around Porto, Portugal.
Experience in customer relations is an asset.

Responsibilities

Make and receive calls from clients and respond to their requests.
Respond to client requests in the back office.
Demonstrate sales aptitude on specific projects.
Effectively handle objections and complaints.
Utilize various computer applications efficiently.
