Concentrix in Portugal (Remote) is seeking a Customer Representative (French-speaking) to manage supplier invoices, respond to inquiries, and contribute to an enhanced customer journey. The role requires fluent French (C2) and English (B2), plus strong Excel skills and clear communication.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and good communication skills
• Autonomous and able to ensure end‑to‑end delivery of cases

Responsabilidades

• Manage supplier invoices in the internal system
• Inform suppliers about invoice doubts
• Answer supplier inquiries through outgoing and incoming calls and emails
• Evaluate whether to escalate cases
• Facilitate contact with clients when necessary
