CloserHire partners with a leading digital healthcare solutions provider to recruit a French-speaking Customer Support Advisor for their Braga, Portugal offices. You will assist healthcare professionals by phone, respond to queries, and deliver proactive follow-up.

You will handle email and ticketing requests, advise on product features, collaborate with sales/marketing/product teams, and maintain clear client records in internal systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C2)
• Previous experience in customer service or tech support preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with phone-based training and guidance
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving attitude
• Able to multitask and manage workload efficiently
• Tech-savvy and quick learner of new tools
• Eligible to work in Portugal

Responsabilités

• Guide and support healthcare professionals by phone, responding to queries and making proactive follow-up calls
• Deliver remote training sessions to help users navigate the platform confidently
• Handle emails and ticketing requests, ensuring fast and accurate resolutions
• Advise customers on product features and usage to maximize software benefits
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve customer satisfaction and feedback on recurring issues
• Maintain clear documentation of client interactions in internal systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer insights with relevant teams
