Closerhire is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support / Software Advisor in Braga, Portugal. You will assist healthcare professionals via phone and email, train users on software, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to ensure customer success.

The role requires native-level French and fluent English, with a Monday–Friday schedule starting early morning. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent in French (C2) with strong written and verbal skills.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2) to work with internal teams and systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident telephone and email communication.
• Ability to advise and train customers on software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support and software advisory to healthcare professionals via phone and email.
• Offer software training and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams.
• Support healthcare software implementation and user onboarding.
• Assist with customer success initiatives and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain professional communication during email and phone interactions.
