Job summary

CloserHire is partnering with a digital healthcare provider to recruit a French-speaking Customer Support Advisor for their Braga, Portugal offices. You will guide and support healthcare professionals by phone, respond to queries, and deliver remote training to ensure confident use of the software.

Relocation is covered and Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year, with a meal allowance, private health and life insurance, plus full training and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Portugal
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly
• Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently

• Comfortable with providing phone-based training and guidance

• Previous experience in a customer service or tech support role is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based support to healthcare professionals
• Deliver remote training sessions to ensure users feel confident navigating the platform
• Handle requests received via email and ticketing systems with fast, accurate resolutions
• Advise customers on product features and usage
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve customer satisfaction
• Maintain clear documentation of client interactions in internal systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer insights with relevant teams
