Job summary

CloserHire is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support / Software Advisor for a remote position in Braga, Portugal. You will assist healthcare professionals by telephone and email, provide software training, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements include native/fluent French (C2) and fluent English (B2), plus strong customer service and training capabilities. Equipment pickup may be required for those within 50 km of the office.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C2) with strong written and verbal skills.
• Fluent English (B2) to work with internal teams.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to advise and train customers on software.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product.
