Farfetch Limited, based in Lisbon, seeks a Customer Service Advisor (French Speaker) to support our growing team. You will handle inquiries across chat, email and phone channels, delivering excellent service to consumers and partners while representing Farfetch in every interaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in fashion-related customer service, are fluent in English and French, and comfortable using IT systems.

Qualificações

• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in fashion.
• Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
• Proficient with customer-service IT systems and Windows.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Good listening skills and knowledge of fashion brands.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone.
• Provide information regarding products and services; assist with related inquiries.
• Be the face of Farfetch to customers and partners.
