Farfetch in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the face and voice of Farfetch strategic partners, delivering exceptional service and a memorable shopping experience.

You will help customers by providing fast, high‑quality support, guiding them through queries and helping them discover partner products within a fast-paced fashion environment. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic global marketplace.

The FARFETCH office located within the Sítio co-working space network in Lisbon is designed to be a highly flexible and well-connected hub. This is centrally-located workspace close to major business areas, and a vibrant spot.

THE ROLE

As a Customer Service Advisor, you are the face and voice of Farfetchstrategic partners and a key team member who loves and understands customers, keeping them front of mind. Exceeds their expectations byproviding exceptional service through the quality, speed and efficiency of your support and delivering an unforgettable experience while helping them discover our partner’s amazing products selection. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will gain excellent hands‑on experience in a fast-paced fashion environment.
