Starting dates in November 2026, 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts. Salary ranges from €953 to €1,120 gross per month, with paid training and a contract from day one.

Qualifications

• French proficiency at C1/C2 level, both spoken and written.
• Good theoretical and practical IT knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Customer communication: make and receive calls to assist customers.
• Back-office support: handle inquiries and follow up through internal systems.
