Besthire is hiring a Bilingual German Support Specialist for an on-site role in Lisbon. You will provide after-sales and technical support for drone products via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues with empathy and clarity.

The position requires fluent French (C1/C2) and strong English, with at least 1 year in BPO or tech support, and offers career development in an international, multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent French at C1/C2 level and good English required.
• 1 year experience in BPO or tech support is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide after-sales and technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist users with repair inquiries and troubleshooting, including product-use guidance.
• Handle complaints professionally and empathetically, ensuring a high-quality experience.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product and service processes.
