Atlean World in Portugal is seeking a Digital Channel Support Specialist fluent in French to join our remote customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for viewers, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email, and you will assist with account and application support for our streaming channel offers.

The ideal candidate has a Marketing or related degree, strong English, experience in Digital Marketing and paid campaigns, plus previous contact centre exposure.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and strong English skills.
• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Advertising Tech company.
• Experience in paid campaign management.

Responsabilidades

• First point of contact for viewers, serving as a brand ambassador.
• Handle queries via phone, chat and email.
• Provide account and application support for streaming channel offers.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations.
• Record customer interactions and inquiries accurately.
