Recruityard in Portugal is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to deliver high-quality support and a smooth streaming experience for customers. This fully remote role requires fluency in French and English and offers rotating shifts between 07:00 and 21:00.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email and chat, troubleshoot issues, guide users through features, and contribute to service improvements in an international environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level).
• Previous customer support experience is a plus.
