Responsibilities include documenting interactions, collaborating with internal teams, and meeting service standards while staying updated on products and policies through ongoing training.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C1/C2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• 0–1 year in customer support or related role.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Eager to learn, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer support through phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle customer inquiries, account-related requests, and concerns while meeting service standards.
• Provide accurate information, practical guidance, and effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams following procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Meet KPIs related to service quality, productivity, response times, and satisfaction.
• Stay updated with products, services, policies, and procedures through training.
