Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Customer Support Representative for the French market in Lisbon, Portugal. The role is on-site with standard full-time hours and requires welcoming, patient customer care and effective communication across channels.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries in French while coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Fluent French language required.
• Proficient English (B2).
• Able to stay organized while handling multiple cases.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated.
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email.
• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source.
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit.
