• Provide professional and efficient customer support for one of France's leading betting operators

• Act as the first point of contact, handling customer inquiries through inbound phone calls, live chat, and email

• Assist customers with questions regarding betting winnings, account management, and platform navigation

• Support users experiencing login difficulties and account access issues

• Explain betting-related information clearly and accurately to ensure customers understand their accounts and winnings

• Identify customer issues and elevate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary

• Adapt prepared communication templates to provide relevant and professional customer support
