The lemon Consulting is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Braga, Portugal. This hybrid role is a fixed term 6-month position with potential extension or permanent contract. You will support healthcare professionals, train users remotely, and collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams.

Requirements include native/fr ench (C2) and English (B2). Strong communication, troubleshooting, and adaptability are essential, with experience in customer service or contact centers preferred.

Qualificações

• Native / fluent in French (C2) both verbal and written.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
• Previous experience in a contact center or customer service environment preferred.
• Product or technical support experience considered an advantage.
• Interest in or basic knowledge of electric vehicle charging and sustainable energy solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex issues.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Advise healthcare professionals by phone on the use of the software, handling both incoming requests and proactive outbound calls

• Ensure fast and efficient handling of customer requests received by email
