Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist, you’ll be one of the main points of contact for platform users, providing support through phone, email, live chat, and other digital channels. You’ll assist customers with platform-related questions, guide them through available features and services, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly, professional, and empathetic support through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Assist users with account-related questions, platform functionality, services, and general inquiries.
• Guide customers through the e-health platform, explaining features and processes in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, practical, and timely solutions.
• Manage customer concerns and requests professionally while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions accurately in the relevant internal systems.
• Identify cases requiring additional assistance and elevate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate teams.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer cases are investigated and resolved within the expected timeframe.
• Achieve established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, productivity, response times, quality, and resolution performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the platform, its features, services, policies, and procedures through regular training and continuous development.
