Cbtalents is seeking a Content Moderator for Trust & Safety to review and moderate user-generated content for the French market. You will apply platform policies and maintain high quality aligned with client KPIs.

The role requires native-level French and English at B2, plus the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new policies. 24/7 rotating shifts and career progression opportunities are available.

Qualificações

• Must have native-level French (written and spoken).
• Must have English proficiency at B2 level.
• Quick learner capable of adapting to new policies and tools.
• Strong judgment and ability to separate personal beliefs from decisions.
• Positive attitude, motivation and resilience for challenging content.
• Experience handling large volumes of online content is preferred.
• Availability to work 24/7 rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday.

Responsabilidades

• Review and moderate high volumes of online content for social media on the French market.
• Ensure compliance with client policies and community guidelines.

About the Role

As a Content Moderator for Social Media, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content for the French market, ensuring a safe and compliant online environment. You will apply platform policies and community standards while maintaining high quality and performance levels aligned with client KPIs.

What You'll Do

• Review and moderate high volumes of online content for social media platforms targeting the French market
• Ensure all user-generated content complies with client policies and community guidelines
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of moderation policies and standards
• Apply best practices to consistently meet and exceed client KPIs
• Identify trends and use acquired knowledge to propose internal and external improvement ideas
• Maintain objectivity while reviewing sensitive or challenging content

What Youll Need

• Native-level French (written and verbal) – mandatory
• English proficiency at B2 level – mandatory
