Besthire is seeking an Estonian-speaking Content Moderator to join our Social Media & Trust team in Lisbon, Portugal on-site. You will review user reports and apply platform policies to keep the community safe.

The role involves handling inquiries by phone, chat, and email, with full training provided and regular coaching to support your career development. You’ll work in English daily and use Estonian for moderation tasks.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Estonian required for moderation tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus.
• Ability to review reports and apply platform policies.
• Attention to detail and reliability in handling sensitive material.

Join a Social Media & Trust account in Lisbon, Portugal as a Estonian-speaking Content Moderator.

You'll help keep a major online platform safe by reviewing reports and applying platform policies.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 21/Sep/26.

Please note: this role involves reviewing user-generated content and may include exposure to sensitive or graphic material as part of standard content moderation duties.

Day to day, you'll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Estonian and comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
