Besthire is hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor in Guimarães, Portugal. You will assist customers with account and product queries for a financial services brand, communicating via phone, email and chat, while maintaining accurate records and escalating complex issues as needed.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and English for day-to-day interactions.

We're hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a Banking & Finance team in Guimaraes, Portugal.

You'll assist customers with account and product queries for a financial services brand.

L1/L2 levels, French/German or French/IT knowledge.

In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escape more complex cases to the right team when needed.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
