This on-site position includes relocation support for candidates moving from abroad, regular coaching, and genuine room to develop your career within the company. English proficiency is required for day-to-day operations.

We're recruiting French speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Multilingual Services account based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You'll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 17/Aug/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Day to day, you'll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
