Besthire is hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor in Guimarães, Portugal. You will assist customers with account and product queries for a financial services brand, communicating via phone, email and chat, while maintaining accurate records and escalating complex issues as needed.

The role offers full training and a clear path for career progression within a multilingual team. On-site work model is required, with English used daily alongside French.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and English for day-to-day interactions.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not essential.
• On-site role in Guimarães, Portugal; willingness to relocate if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat.
• Keep accurate records of each interaction in the CRM.
• Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate team when needed.
• Participate in training and onboarding to ensure service quality.
