Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Porto is hiring a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to deliver professional, human experiences to telecom customers on-site. You will work rotating 8-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00, within about 30 km of Porto.

The gross monthly salary is €1,020, with a €150 welcome bonus paid in month 4, a €100 monthly performance bonus for the first 3 months, and a daily attendance bonus of €9.60.

Important eligibility / location information

• Candidates must already live within approximately 30 km of Porto. No relocation support is provided.
• Accepted work status: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence card.
• Candidates must already hold valid work documentation, including NIF and NISS.
