Job summary
CallForTalents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our Braga team. You will assist customers using the employee benefits app, help with account creation, access, and balance inquiries, and guide users on how to maximize their benefits.
This role offers a hybrid work model and weekends off, with a 6-month contract and a €2,000 Welcome Bonus paid in instalments. Fluency in French is required and no English is needed.

- Available for rotational shifts 07:00–18:00 Mon–Fri.
