CloserHire in Braga, Portugal, is hiring a French-speaking Client Support Advisor to support meal card services. You will guide customers, handle inbound and outbound calls, upsell where appropriate, and ensure accurate information and a positive experience.

This is a full-time on-site role with a possible hybrid arrangement based on performance, paid training, and the chance to grow within an international environment. Start date 17/9; relocation is not offered.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer service, call center, or customer support is an advantage.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Comfortable working with targets and upselling opportunities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with internal systems.

Responsabilidades

• Guide customers through questions with clear, accurate communication.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to savings objectives and benefits.
• Present and promote alternative contract options using consultative upselling techniques.
• Provide complete and correct information using the appropriate tools and processes.
• Ensure a positive customer experience with a warm, solution-oriented approach.
• Follow internal procedures and compliance standards at all times.
