CloserHire is recruiting a French-Speaking Customer Care Specialist for a meal card services project in Braga, Portugal. You will support users of a meal card solution and handle inquiries with clear, professional communication.

This full-time, on-site role offers a hybrid option based on performance, with rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, weekends off, and paid training. Fluency in French and strong customer-service skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (spoken and written) required.
• Experience in customer service or call center is preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Comfortable with targets and upselling opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Guide customers through questions with clear, professional communication.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to savings and benefit solutions.
• Present and promote contract options using consultative upselling.
• Provide accurate information using internal tools and processes.
• Maintain a warm, solution‑oriented customer experience.
• Follow internal procedures and compliance standards.
