CloserHire is recruiting a French-Speaking Customer Care Specialist for a meal card services project in Braga, Portugal. You will support users of a meal card solution and handle inquiries with clear, professional communication.

This full-time, on-site role offers a hybrid option based on performance, with rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, weekends off, and paid training. Fluency in French and strong customer-service skills are essential.

The job itself

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit a French-Speaking Customer Care Specialist for a project in the consumer benefits and incentives sector, supporting users of a meal card solution.

Day to day that means guide customers through their questions and requests with clear, accurate, and professional communication, handle inbound and outbound calls related to savings objectives and benefit solutions, present and promote alternative contract options using consultative upselling techniques aligned with customer needs, provide complete and correct information using the appropriate tools and processes, ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a warm, solution-oriented approach, and follow internal procedures and compliance standards at all times.

• Basic computer skills and ability to work with internal systems

• Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly attitude
