Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Braga and Aveiro, Portugal, is hiring French-speaking Customer Advisors to join on-site teams. You will handle inquiries about credit products and financing requests, and tailor financial solutions for a major international brand.

This role requires native or C2 level French, a sales mindset, and strong communication skills. Prior contact center or customer service experience is a plus, and resilience under pressure helps in a busy team environment.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Native or C2-level proficiency in French.

• Manage customer accounts and documentation with high accuracy and confidentiality.
