Qualifications

• Mandatory: Native or C2-level proficiency in French.
• Mandatory: Previous experience in sales OR a strong sales mindset.
• Contact center or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Resilience, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries by phone regarding credit products and financing requests.
• Assess customer needs and recommend tailored financing solutions.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities during interactions.
