Qualifications

• Mandatory: Native or C2-level proficiency in French.
• Mandatory: Previous experience in sales or strong sales aptitude.
• Experience in contact center or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries by phone regarding credit products and financing requests.
