Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries by phone regarding credit products and new financing requests.
• Assess customer needs and propose tailored financing solutions.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities in inbound/outbound interactions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with high standards of excellence.
• Manage customer accounts and documentation with accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.
