Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Advisor to join on-site teams in Braga and Aveiro, Portugal. You will handle customer inquiries about credit products, assess financing requests, and deliver tailored financial solutions for a major international financial brand.

Fluency in French (native/C2) and a sales mindset are mandatory, along with experience in customer service or contact centers. Local candidates only; relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Native or C2-level proficiency in French
• Mandatory: Previous sales experience or strong sales mindset
• Experience in a contact center or customer service is advantageous
• Excellent communication, active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure in a team

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries by phone regarding credit products and financing requests.
• Assess customer needs, reassure customers and recommend tailored financing solutions.
• Identify commercial opportunities and maximize inbound/outbound interactions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with high standards.
• Manage customer accounts and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
