Cross Border Talents seeks a French-speaking Customer Advisor to join on-site teams in Braga and Aveiro, Portugal. You will handle inquiries about credit products, assess financing requests, and deliver tailored financial solutions for a major international brand.

Ideal candidates are native or proficient in French with sales or customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a team. Local residents preferred; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Native or C2-level proficiency in French is mandatory.
• Experience in sales or strong sales aptitude is mandatory.
• Experience in contact center or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Resilience, adaptability and teamwork under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries by phone regarding credit products and financing requests.
• Assess customer needs and recommend tailored financing solutions.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities through interactions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with high standards of excellence.
• Manage customer accounts and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
