Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring French-speaking Customer Advisors to join on-site teams in Braga and Aveiro, Portugal. You will handle credit product inquiries, assess financing requests, and deliver tailored financial solutions for a major international financial brand.

This role requires native or advanced French, a sales mindset, and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Local candidates only, with no relocation package offered. Daily meal allowance is provided as part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Native or C2-level proficiency in French.
• Previous experience in sales or a strong sales aptitude.
• Experience in contact center or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication, active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure in a team.
• Must currently reside in Portugal, near Braga or Aveiro (within 50 km).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries by phone about existing credit products and new financing requests.
• Assess customer needs and recommend tailored financing solutions.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities to maximize interactions.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with high standards.
• Manage customer accounts and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
