Cross Border Talents is seeking a native French speaker to join our outbound sales team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will contact warm leads, introduce the offer, and convert conversations into new business accounts.

You’ll run outbound prospecting by phone and email to French-speaking clients, qualify needs, present the product, and book appointments for activation. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker with strong spoken and written skills.
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation a plus.
• Comfortable using CRM systems to track activities and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound prospecting by phone and email with French-speaking clients.
• Qualify leads and understand each business's needs.
