Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a native French speaker for outbound sales to small and medium businesses. You will contact warm leads, introduce the offer and turn conversations into new business accounts.

The role features paid training, health insurance from day one, meal allowance, Christmas and holiday allowances, up to 20 days vacation in year one (22 subsequently), a company accommodation option, and a 40-hour workweek with weekdays only.

Qualifications

• Must be a native French speaker.
• Experience in outbound sales or lead generation preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Legally allowed to work in Portugal.
• Comfortable using CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound prospecting by phone and email with French-speaking clients who know the brand
• Qualify leads and understand each business's needs
• Present the product and book appointments for account activation
• Close deals when the lead is ready
• Record every contact in the CRM to keep the pipeline clean and up to date
