Cross Border Talents is seeking a native French-speaking sales professional in Lisbon to drive outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and book appointments for account activation. You will engage French-speaking clients, present the product, and close deals while maintaining a clean CRM pipeline.

Ideal candidates are fluent in French, experienced in outbound sales or lead generation, and comfortable with CRM tools. This is a weekday-only, 40-hour role with health insurance and meal allowances.

Competenze

• Native French speaker with strong spoken and written skills.
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling or lead generation is a plus.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and meeting targets.

Mansioni

• Run outbound prospecting by phone and email with French-speaking clients who already know the brand.
• Qualify leads and understand each business's needs.
• Present the product and book appointments for account activation.
• Close deals when the lead is ready.
• Record every contact in the CRM so the pipeline stays clean and up to date.
